We are back in South Tyrol to go hiking, wine-tasting and to meet these two beauties above! With Erlend Øye we sat under a tree at last year’s Michelberger Music listening to his beautiful songs and ever since then we’ve been planning on meeting up with him again to create some music together.
Daniel Brandt released his first solo album – Eternal Something – via the Erased Tapes family and the week in Kaltern will kickstart our collaboration with him as we will expand his material with our stargaze line-up – to be continued in London for Spitalfields Music!
Saturday at 9:30pm at Tivoli Vredenburg in Utrecht (NL)

And we are back! After playing our US Debut in November 2016, we are back in Eau Claire, Wisconsin, to perform for Eaux Claires Festival – again uniquely curated by Aaron Dessner and Justin Vernon. We can’t wait to finally be back and meet all the friendly faces again – plus we will reunite with Polica for Music for the Long Emergency. And there’ll be more – you know we love to collaborate and we’ll bring some arrangements with us…
s t a r g a z e is incredibly honoured to be back at Philharmonie de Paris in October 2017. After playing our debut on a double-bill with Matmos as well as Chassol, we now created our solo-set to honour the Class of ’67: The Beatles with their ground-breaking concept album Sgt. Pepper’s Lonely Hearts Club Band, Beach Boys‘ Pet Sounds and The Smile Sessions as well as two composers that seem to be far away but yet are closely connected to the sound-explorations of our favourite boybands: We gonna premiere Stockhausen‘s Stop & Start in Paris and we’ll present Berio‘s Folk Songs, Michelle and O King featuring the beautiful voice of Katherine Manley.
